On March 2, 2020 the working group Antidiscrimination will discuss the final draft of the anti-discrimination guideline of the University of Bayreuth. The guideline is to serve the elimination and prevention of discrimination at the University of Bayreuth. It implements the General Equal Treatment Act for employees and establishes counselling structures, complaint possibilities and preventive measures for all university members.
All university actors in the area of "Equal Opportunities and Diversity" as well as student and employee representatives worked together in the Anti-Discrimination Working Group.
